Homely trendy boutique hotel with very amiable and friendly attentive staff members with friendly service and helpful service from everyone there. Lots of products for a generous and large breakfast. Location just off the town centre which is ideal, the main attractions in Brighton, and a local restaurant recommended by the hosts for dinner. Also, close to beach.

The deluxe queen room had modern amenities like a coffee maker and an iron, and the bed was very comfortable.
